RETURN POLICY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You have 2 (two) calendar days, from the delivery, to contact us to start a product return process. Please contact info@followyourdrama.com and we will send you a return form you must complete and if applicable, send with the product the same way you received it and complete packaging to us.
The products must be returned in the same conditions in which you received them, together with their complete original packaging, tags and any accessory related to them. You are responsible for proving that the articles have been returned therefore for your security and peace of mind we recommend that items be sent using a recorded delivery system.
If your return does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not have the right to reimbursement and we will return the products to you, with in 5-7 business days if Local in the Dominican Republic and 15- 20 days if international.
If the recipient of the products is different from the person who made payment, the money will be reimbursed to the person who made the payment.
The FINERY JUNKIE product returned must be sent in a single delivery. We reserve the right to reject Any FINERY JUNKIE that belong to a single order but have been returned and delivered at different times. Once we have verified that the FINERY JUNKIE products that you have returned to us meet all of the specifications in the Return Policy, we will send you an e-mail informing you that the return has been accepted.
Regardless of the payment system used by you, the reimbursement will be made as soon as possible, always within 15 days of receipt of the returned product in our headquarters.
We will not be liable for loss, delay or deliveries to the wrong address of any product that you want to return to us, so we recommend that you make the delivery with receipt confirmation.
You will be responsible for the product return costs, and in no case will we accept returns delivered postage due.
The delivery charges shall not be reimbursed for any reason.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
You can return any item that is not fully to your satisfaction. To return a product you have 5 days from the delivery.
For your security and peace of mind we recommend that items be sent using a recorded delivery system with receipt confirmation.
Then send the items together with completed return form.
You, the client, are responsible for the cost of returning goods; we will not accept any returns made freight collect.
